We create community leaders! Becoming a leader is not an easy task and it requires the mastery of many different skill sets. To master these skill sets we create projects in different areas of opportunity. We do individual development projects that teach communication skills so you can speak in front of a group of people. We do community projects to teach project management and people skills, and we do management projects to teach business and networking skills. By actively participating in the different areas of opportunity projects, you will build the skill sets needed to become a community leader. Once you acquirer your basic leadership skills, your role changes and you enter the final phase of becoming a true leader, mentorship. You become the teacher. You teach others your leadership skills. You share with others your successes and mistakes and mentor the members working their way through the program. This creates a triangle of learning called the "Jaycee Concept" that has been revolving for the past 90 years.
